Statistic of the Day

The 10 States with the most fatalities from large truck crashes in 2007 were (in descending order): Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, Pennslvania, North Carolina, New York, Illinois, Tennessee, Indiana.

The goal of Analysis and Information (A&I) Online is to provide information and data to promote analytically sound, safety-conscious decisions by all Motor Carrier Industry stakeholders. The site provides motor carrier safety information including statistical and analytical resources for FMCSA and State enforcement personnel, motor carriers, researchers, insurers, shippers, and the public.

A&I was developed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Analysis Division and the U.S. DOT’s Volpe National Transportation Systems Center.
